HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

  • The Color Audit takes place via email.

​

  • Once you book a consultation, you are sent a questionnaire to fill out, so I can understand the purpose and flow of your space, know about the people using it and the emotions and behaviors you would like to exhibit in that space.

​

  • After completing the questionnaire, you send it back to me with 6 photographs of your room. (Instructions to take pictures will be sent).

​

  • Then I will asses all of your information, determine the undertones of the colors in your space to see if their psychological meanings are in alignment with the your desired requirement.

​

  • Next I will create a video with my suggestions and selections. You will receive this within 7 business days of submitting the questionnaire and photographs, along with reasons why I made the choices for your home.

  • Once you book a consultation, you are sent a questionnaire to fill out, so I can understand the purpose and flow of your space, know about the people using it and the emotions and behaviors you would like to exhibit in that space.

  • After completing the questionnaire, you send it back to me with 6 photographs of your room. (Instructions to take pictures will be sent).

  • After receiving the completed questionnaire and photographs, I will send you the link to my calendar to book a 1 hour zoom call.

​

  • In this video call, I dive deep into understanding your personality, desire, what emotions you want to feel in your space and the behavior you want to exhibit.

​

  • Then I will asses all of your information, determine the undertones of the colors in your space to see if their psychological meanings are in alignment with the your desired requirement.

​

  • Next I will send you the exact color palette to match your personality type and the desired behavior.

​

  • You will also be provided 2 mood boards for visual understanding of color and style. 

​

  • The mood will include recommendations of your style and the proportions in which each color should be used.create a video with my suggestions and selections.

  • You will receive this within 7 business days of our live call.

COLOR CONSULTATION GUARANTEE AND REFUND

 

You have paid for my time so I can’t provide a refund if for some reason you move or something changes before you can implement my recommendations. 

 

But, I want you to be happy, so if you have any objections or concerns about the recommendations, I ask that you share them with me along with photos of the implemented work, within the first 14 days and give me the opportunity to tweak the advice before you reject them outright.

 

IMORTANT: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request with photographs of your implemented work by 11:59 pm EST on the 14th day from the day you recieved the recommendations video and you allow up to 3 adjustments to the initial recommendation.

 

To be clear, if you do not include proof of your implemented work within the 14 day period, no refund will be issued.

One final note:

When you get interior color consultation advice from me, I AM NOT GUESSING. Therefore I will not be asking you questions like “What do you think?” What I do is use the principals of color psychology and the information provided by you, to find the perfect color solution to support your emotions, behaviors and purpose.
